Refund and Cancellation Policy

This Refund and Cancellation Policy is issued by Geminate Solutions Private Limited, the company that operates LinkPilot. It forms part of our Terms of Service.
Digital subscription, no refunds
LinkPilot is a digital software subscription. All payments are final and non-refundable. Once you purchase or renew a plan and your access is activated, we do not provide refunds for any unused time, partial use, or change of mind.
Try before you pay
LinkPilot has a free plan with no time limit and no card required. We encourage you to use it and confirm the tool fits how you work before you upgrade, because paid plans are non-refundable.
Cancellation
You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Cancellation stops the next renewal. Your plan stays active until the end of the current billing period, and no further charges are made after that. Cancelling does not refund the current period or any past period.
Duplicate or erroneous charges
If you were charged twice for the same period, or charged after cancelling, contact us at support@geminatesolutions.com and we will verify and refund the erroneous charge.
How to reach us
Email support@geminatesolutions.com from the address on your account and tell us which charge you are asking about. We aim to respond within one business day.
Chargebacks
Please contact us before opening a chargeback with your bank. We can almost always resolve a billing question faster and more fairly than a formal dispute.
